Are your bags handmade?

Yes! Every piece is designed and handmade by me. Each bag is crafted with attention to detail, so no two are exactly alike.

Can I customize a bag?

Absolutely. You can choose from available designs on the site or request a custom version with different fabric options. Same style, your vibe. Feel free to email or DM on Instagram or TikTok and I can show you current fabrics in stock.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom bags are made to order and typically take 1–2 weeks to complete including shipping. Good things take time—especially when they’re made just for you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is made by hand (and often made just for you), I don’t accept returns.
That said—if something feels off or not what you expected, message me and I’ll absolutely work with you to fix it.
